It's an awesome feeling to spend 20 to 30 minutes lining up a shot, working out the math yourself, and launching your torpedo, waiting. Nothing more fun than going to Scapa Flow in October of '39 and pulling a Kapitaen Prien. I play at a 100% realism (though with TC on of course).
